JABALPUR: A labourer lost his life, and three others sustained injuries when a heap of rubble beneath an under-construction flyover collapsed onto them in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur city on Saturday, police said.
The incident occurred at Shivaji Chowk, city Superintendent of Police Ritesh Kumar said.
He mentioned that the injured individuals have been transported to the hospital.
The victims were trapped under the collapsed pile of rubble from the construction site and required rescue efforts.
The city SP also noted that efforts were underway to confirm the identities of the victims, and a further investigation into the incident was in progress.
