BHOPAL: The chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said Madhya Pradesh will join "PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan" immediately. Chouhan virtually attended the ‘Prime Minister’s "Gati Shakti National Master Plan" programme at Pragati Maidan, Delhi, from Minto Hall, Bhopal.
On the occasion he also launched the state-level conference on multi infrastructure connectivity’ at Minto Hall.
Speaking further he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, creative mind, yearning for development, preparing roadmap and running the entire country with full force is truly amazing and they are creating a new India.
He further said that development requires collective strength and solidarity. Mutual coordination in the activities of various departments is essential and it is the responsibility of the governments and the authorities s to ensure proper utilization of every penny of the taxpayers' money. So, we will follow the path shown by Prime Minister Modi, and Madhya Pradesh will demonstrate its collective power.
"Gati Shakti" is a digital platform that will bring together16 ministries including rail and road for integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects. Basically, there will be 200 types of databases in speed power, which will map resources like water bodies, reserved parks and forests with facilities like physical facilities, district administration offices, rail, road and gas lines, health and police by GIS system. Through this, various central ministries and state governments will be able to benefit from better logistics schemes and connectivity.
