INDORE: As per the divisional bulletin released on Thursday, no new Covid-19 cases were reported in the 14 districts under the Malwa-Nimar region, including Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Agar, Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Khargone, Barwani, Khandwa and Burhanpur.
At present, Ujjain division has two active cases, including one each in Ratlam and Mandsaur districts while the state’s worst corona affected Indore district is still left with a maximum 16 positive patients.
Meanwhile, mucormycosis cases reported a slight rise and seven patients have been admitted to the MY Hospital in the last couple of days. The disease has so far claimed 57 lives at the MY Hospital alone and a total 622 patients have also been discharged.
