Madhya Pradesh: Historysheeter's house razed in Dhar

DHAR: The local administration on Sunday razed an illegally-constructed commercial structures of two persons, Imran Lala and Samir Lala, believed to have been involved in inciting communal tension in Manawar town on December 23.

Manawar police station in-charge Brijesh Malviya told TOI, "Samir had been found involved in inciting communal tension in the town. During investigation it was found that a shop and hotel owned by them were being used to carry out illegal activities and the shop had been constructed on government land. A report regarding this was submitted to Manawar SDM Shivangi Joshi who then asked the civic body to demolish the whole structure. Five cases are registered against Samir in various police stations."

Manawar CMO Pradeep Sharma said, " A mild force was used to move them away and by late afternoon, the hotel and shop were razed completely."
