Madhya Pradesh high court defers hearing on Pyare Miyan's bail plea

BHOPAL: The vacation bench of MP high court deferred hearing on an application for bail filed by Pyare Miyan and his manager Mohd. Aaavesh, who were convicted for life by a sessions court in Bhopal for sexeual exploitation of minor girls.

The bail application of Pyare Miyan's friend Dr Hemant Mittal, convicted for 5 years of rigorous imprisonment for carrying out illegal abortion of these minor girls would also be heard by a regular bench after the vacation on July 17 with the other two applications on July 17.

The vacation bench of Justice Sujoy Paul and Justice Nandita Dubey directed to present the bail applications of Pyare Miyan, Aaavesh Khan and Dr Hemant Mittal before the regular bench for hearing on July 17 when the matter came up for hearing on Thursday.

Apart from the three convicts, who had filed the application for bail, Sweety Vishwakarma, who also worked for Pyare Miyan, had also been sentenced to life in the case.
