Madhya Pradesh: Happiness department to set up Anand Basti in every district

Officials said the happiness department will act like a felicitator and the local residents would decide and execute programmes with the guidance and help from the department. The department also aims to involve local corporator, women and child development department officers, anganwadi workers, teachers from local school and social organizations in the initiative. The district contact persons of the department have been advised to create happiness clubs of interested people and make them responsible for carrying out happiness activities.
