Why Juhu remains a celebrity real estate hotspot

Juhu continues to be among Mumbai's prominent residential destinations for celebrities. The locality is home to Bollywood personalities such as Amitabh Bachchan and Varun Dhawan, along with several producers and filmmakers.

Its central location, proximity to film studios in Andheri, Goregaon, Bandra and Khar, and availability of premium sea-facing apartments and bungalows have contributed to its appeal as a luxury residential market.
