Parents of the missing Madeleine McCann, Kate and Gerry have issued a statement following the latest update regarding Julia Wendell.
Julia, 21, went viral after claiming she could be the missing girl and went for DNA testing in a bid to find 'her truth'. However, after appearing on Dr Phil, it was confirmed that the DNA test proved she was not Madeleine.
Self professed physic Dr Fia Johansson said she was investigated the cast and has been representing the Polish national. She took to social media to confirm that the DNA result proved Julia's nationality.

Dr Johansson said the results indicated she is "100% Polish", meaning there's no possibility of her being the British girl. With this, Julia has now decided to return to Poland to be with her father after the DNA results were received.
Despite Julia claiming the parents have reached out to her, Kate and Gerry have publically remained quiet throughout the process as Julia and Dr Johansson continued to make headlines. However their representative have since posted a statement in response to a question on their find Maddie Facebook page.
A woman asked: "Is there any chance of giving us an update? There has been a lot of media about a girl claiming to be Maddie and DNA being done? Is it possible to let your followers know what is going on [...]?"
The woman added: “Our thoughts and prayers are always with the McCann family and a safe return of their precious daughter.”
Kate and Gerry's representatives issued a statement on Tuesday night (April 4), that read: “There isn’t anything to report at this time. If and when there is, it will come from The Metropolitan Police.”
This came after Dr Johansson spoke of Julia's results in a statement. She said: “She is absolutely 100 per cent from Poland. She is a small percentage of Lithuanian and Russian.
"But the test results show she is Polish. Julia had all the birthmarks as Madeleine McCann, which I believe is God and the universe’s way of wanting us to get close to the man who sexually abused her, expose him and his possible ties to the McCann case.”
Julia's parents have denied her claims that she is not biologically related.
They said in a statement: "For us as a family it is obvious that Julia is our daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and step niece. We have memories, we have pictures.
"Julia also has these photos, because she took them from the family home with the birth certificate, as well as numerous hospital discharges.
"We always tried to understand all situations that happened with Julia. Threats to our address from Julia, her lies and manipulations, activity on the internet... we've seen it all and we've tried to prevent it, explain it, we've asked her to stop.
"We always tried to help her get back on her feet. Julia has been of age for several years. She moved out of the house.
"She refuses treatment, does not take medication regularly. She also did not take advantage of the possibility of treatment at a very good centre in Poland, which agreed to accept her."
Speaking about her posts going viral, they added: "Julia once wanted to be a singer, a model. She always wanted to be popular. What's happening now is she [has] 1million followers.
'The internet won't forget, and it's obvious that Julia isn't Maddie. We are devastated at this current situation"
