Police are still investigating the cause of a fatal bus crash on the Portuguese island of Madeira.
A total of 17 women and 12 men were killed in the incident after the vehicle veered off a steep road in the coastal town of Canico on Wednesday.
The Portuguese driver, tour guide and 25 other people were injured.
Many of those who died were pensioners.
Autopsies and post-mortem examinations have concluded on the victims, Portugal's Justice Ministry confirmed.

But authorities are still waiting for data including fingerprints and dental records before they can formally identify the bodies.
According to German newspaper Bild, 29 German tourists who survived the crash landed safely back in Germany today. A medical flight also brought another 12 survivors home.

Eleven of the injured Germans have already been discharged from hospital, another was transferred to Germany on Friday and another will stay in hospital in Funchal, Madeira's capital until further notice.
The driver and tour guide remain under observation in Funchal hospital.
