Made In Chelsea star Oliver Proudlock and Emma-Louise are having a baby

Former Made In Chelsea star Oliver Proudlock told his fans he is expecting a baby.

The reality star, 33, and his wife Emma-Louise Connolly, 30, lifted the lid on their baby joy in a sweet video on Instagram shared with their following on Wednesday.

In a heartwarming moment, Proudlock held up a small jumper with the words “Yeah Baby” written across it as they made their announcement.

Delighted, the pregnant model said the couple were “bursting with love and gratitude” after discovering they were expecting their first baby together.

She wrote in the comments of the Instagram post: “1 year married, 1 yeah baby on the way. We are bursting with love and gratitude for our very precious little growing gift!”

Many of their celebrity friends - including Ferne McCann and Daisy Lowe - rushed to congratulate them in the comments below.

The lovely video also featured intimate moments from their wedding day for everyone to see.

Proudlock and his wife exchanged their vows in front of glittering Christmas trees.

It has been one year since they were married in a secret wedding in London in December last year.

Their wedding remained a secret until January this year when they happily told their fans about their special day.

Already the glamorous couple had faced the heartache of postponing their wedding amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The lovebirds first set their hearts on getting married when they got engaged in August 2018.

Of the big day, Proudlock told Tatler: “Our grand plan had been to have 200 to 150 people at Cowdray Park.

“All of a sudden we could only have 15 guests and then just days before we were due to get married, Boris dropped the bomb that lockdown was happening and everything would be cancelled again.”

He described the mad scramble to rearrange their wedding day.

He added: “It was like something out of Home Alone, I just started running round calling everyone to see if they could change the date. “By the time Emma got home I said: ‘Don’t worry we’re getting married tomorrow instead.’”
