She wrote in the caption: "Just wanted to let you know that our baby girl is here. We are both happy and healthy and we're all so in love. We're taking some time to enjoy this newborn bubble and connect as a family of 4.

"But I can't wait for you to meet her."

The pair, who reconnected on an app in 2021 after first meeting at university, also share a son Alfie, two, together.

"But now, I love being a boy-mum and I feel like there's a real privilege in raising the next generation of men. So, with this baby, I was much more relaxed."

Tommy told the magazine: "The best thing was seeing Ash's face when we found out the sex.

"For me, any situation was win-win, but I know how excited she was about the prospect of having a mini version of Ash in our lives."

The mum previously opened up on how Alfie's birth had been traumatic.

In an Instagram story she said: "Alf had quite a traumatic entry into the world with his shoulders needing to twist and being such a big baby.

"His heart rate dropped and I had to push him out very quickly."

She continued: "You can see how swollen and bruised his little face was. So it would make sense if he’s got a few niggles from his birth."

The reality TV star has spoken about how much she loves being a mum.

She told Hello! after Alfie's birth: "I love being a mum. Every day I love him more. Before he came along, I suffered from anxiety, but now I feel calm and content, as if I was made to be a mum."
