Madame Tussauds drop Mohamed Salah teaser video

Madame Tussauds have teased the announcement of a figure dedicated to Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian is in the form of his life on the pitch, with 12 goals already to his name in all competitions this season.

Those strikes this term have taken his total tally in a Liverpool shirt to 137 goals in 214 appearances since his arrival in 2017.

Back in January 2020, Madame Tussauds announced that they were in the process of making up plans to design a figure dedicated to Salah.

The figure, which is to be placed in the London exhibit, was initially due to be unveiled later in 2020.

The unveiling was delayed, but now Madame Tussaud’s Twitter account has released a teaser video for the Salah figure.

The video showed close up stills of figure-Salah’s face, accompanied by a list of the accomplishments the Egyptian has achieved in his playing career.

When Madame Tussauds announced plans to make a Salah figure, the Reds No.11 expressed his excitement at the opportunity.

“I am so excited to be working with the artists of Madame Tussauds on my first ever figure,” Salah told the Madame Tussauds website back in January 2020.
