Macmillan nurse talks about award-winning community work - video

Anna-Marie Stevens is a Macmillan nurse consultant in palliative care at the Royal Marsden NHS trust.

In 2013 she won a Macmillan Professionals Excellence Award for establishing the new Hospital2Home palliative care service, enabling more people to spend their final moments at home. She was also awarded fellowship by Macmillan.
