Macleod Lettings acquires Macfie & Co's letting portfolio

Residential property agency, Macleod Lettings, has acquired the lettings portfolio of Glasgow south-side based property managers, Macfie & Co.

Korean asset management business buys Edinburgh office space for £55 million

Macleod Lettings, owned by property expert Ross Macleod, took ownership of the lettings portfolio on 1 April 2019, increasing the company’s managed property portfolio to 350.

Macfie & Co is selling the residential lettings business to focus on property management services.

Investment in Scottish property market remains steady despite Brexit uncertainty

Ross Macleod said: “This acquisition is a great move for our business.  We already have a strong presence in the West End of Glasgow and Stirlingshire, and this move strengthens our presence in the south side of the city.

“We are residential lettings experts, with a proven track record of delivering on our values of trust, transparency, and tenacity.  I am confident that our new clients will be delighted with the level of customer service and professionalism they receive from the Macleod Lettings team.”
