Mack Wilson suffered a hyperextended knee and will miss time

The latest news update on Browns linebacker Mack Wilson comes via the NFL Network. On the show’s crawl, the network indicated that Wilson suffered a hyperextended knee in Tuesday’s practice and “will miss time”.

How much time remains to be seen. The Browns medical staff is doing further testing and evaluation on Wilson and his left knee.

The incident happened during Tuesday afternoon’s session, one day after Wilson generated controversy by tackling Nick Chubb around the neck. That ultimately led to Chubb being placed in the NFL concussion protocol.
