Mac users -- back up your e-mail!

"When I turned on my computer today and opened Mail, all of the email had disappeared from 1 of the mailboxes," says Nathan on the Apple Discussions (Panther) and Spymac boards. It's probably nothing significant but you can't have too many back-ups of your e-mail. This is good advice for Windows users, too....
