M90: Major Scottish motorway partly closed after lorry plunges off flyover

A lorry has been left lying on its side next to a major Scottish motorway after it plunged off of a tall flyover on Thursday (November 4.)

Police and emergency services had raced to the section of the M90 shortly after 7.20am after reports of a crash on the A192 road directly below.

Images from the scene have shown the HGV lying across the road after it is reported to have fallen from the flyover above onto moving traffic.

Another vehicle can be seen lying upside down on the grass embankment next to the road, with officers pictured attending to the horror collision.
