Commuters have been hit by huge delays on Thursday evening following a four-vehicle crash on the M8 near Glasgow.
Officers from Police Scotland attended the smash close to Glasgow Airport at junction 29 on the eastbound lanes.
As a result, lanes one and two of the three-lane motorway were closed as emergency services dealt with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesman told the Daily Record that officers are dealing with the crash.
It's believed no one has been seriously injured.
Traffic Scotland is urging commuters to approach the area with caution.
Both lanes have now been cleared but there are still delays in the area due to a backlog of traffic.
