Drivers are being warned to prepare for delays on the M8 this morning after a crash.
The incident led to the closure of one lane between junction 11 and 12 on the westbound route just after 10.15am this morning.
Motorists approaching the area, near to the Gartcraig Road flyover, should do so with caution.
Emergency services and rescue vehicles are at the scene.
The condition of those involved is unknown at this time.
All lanes are fully operational, but Traffic Scotland is advising people to expect disruption.
They say: "Traffic is relatively light but please pass the scene with care."
