An accident involving multiple vehicles has been causing problems on the M8 in Edinburgh.
One lane was closed eastbound at Hermiston Gait following the smash, which was reported shortly after midday.
Traffic Scotland said that, as of 12.24pm, lane one is closed and lanes two and three, which were earlier shut off, have now reopened.
Traffic was said to be slow moving in the area while police and recovery teams dealt with the incident.
The road was cleared at around 1.20pm.
