A section of the M8 eastbound is currently closed due to an ongoing police incident.
The incident occurred around 6AM this morning.
The Junction 14 off-slip is closed and drivers are advised to follow alternative routes in the meantime.
Police are currently on the scene at Junction 14 at Blochairn Interchange.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Glasgow Live: "Around 6am on Wednesday, 2 December, 2020, police were called to a report of concern for a man on a bridge over the M8 in Glasgow at junction 14 east bound.
"Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
