Emergency services have rushed to an early morning crash on the M8 in Glasgow.
The incident, at junction 14 westbound, has left lane five of the road closed before rush hour traffic.
Drivers are being urged to take care on approach as emergency services deal with the incident, which happened around 7am.
It is understood no one was injured in the three-car collision.
Traffic Scotland tweeted a warning to road users as traffic was slowing on approach.
They said: "Lane 5 (of 5) is closed on the M8 westbound J14 due to an RTC.
"Traffic slowing on approach. #TakeCare.
"Police & TRISS are en route."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7am on Thursday, 18 November, to a report of a three car crash on the M8 westbound near junction 14.
"The road was not blocked.”
