Police are currently at the scene of a crash on the M8 in Glasgow.
Two lanes have been closed after the one car smash on Friday evening between junction 14 and 15, near Fruit Market.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway around 6.40pm.
It remains unclear if anyone has been injured at this stage.
Drivers are being warned to plan journeys in advance and take alternative routes as a result.
Traffic Scotland said: "The M8 Eastbound between Junction 15 and Junction 14 is currently restricted due to a road traffic incident.
"Motorists are advised to use caution on approach and allow extra time for their journey."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are in attendance following a report of a crash involving one vehicle on the M8 eastbound at junction 14 in Glasgow that was reported around 6.40pm."
