M8 breakdown at Glasgow Airport causing delays

Drivers were experiencing delays near the Glasgow Airport this morning, which has had a knock-on effect across the roads network.

A car has broken down on M8 Eastbound from J28 Sanderling Road (Glasgow Airport) to J27 A741 Renfrew Road (Paisley / Renfrew).

There is now traffic building back to J29.

Lane two (of three) is blocked on approach to the White Cart Viaduct.
