Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a crash on the M77.
The smash took place shortly after 12.25pm this afternoon (Monday), at the M77 northbound slip for the eastbound M8 motorway.
Traffic Scotland have shared a photo which appears to show an incident involving two cars, with police on the scene.
Traffic Scotland confirmed: "#M77 N/B slip for the #M8 E/B - RTC in hard shoulder and on hatchings, traffic slowing on approach.
"Use caution."
The incident follows an earlier multi-vehicle crash on the M8 which led to significant traffic disruption and delays.
