Drivers are facing delays on the M74 this afternoon after a forklift truck fell off the back of an HGV.
The incident on the northbound carriageway at J4 Maryville happened around 1.30pm, however parts of the road remain closed.
Debris has been thrown across the road and is blocking lanes 1 and 2 of the carriageway.
Traffic is using the hard shoulder to get by.
It is unknown whether anyone has been injured.
