Drivers on the M74 are warned to expect delays caused by a forklift falling of an HGV.
Traffic Scotland have confirmed both lanes of the northbound M74, at J4 Maryville to J3a Daldowie near Uddingston, are currently closed as a result of the incident.
A Tweet, published at 1.28pm, read: "N/B J4 Maryville - J3a Daldowie - lanes 1 & 2 are currently closed after a forklift fell off of an HGV Traffic is queuing and is currently using the hard shoulder to get by."
It is unknown whether anyone has been injured, however debris appears to have been strewn across the road as a result of the incident.
