Police warned of traffic delays on the M62 as people rushed to get their hands on a Burger King.
Warrington Police have today issued a warning to drivers after massive queues have built up while people try to access the Burger King Drive-thru on the edge of the town.
Motorists have been asked to avoid the area to "reduce congestion".

Taking to Twitter, the firm said: "There are large queues around the M62 junction with Warrington with a lot of people waiting for the Burger King drive thru - please avoid the area to reduce congestion."
People have been slammed on social media for lining up to get a burger while the country continues to battle the coronavirus pandemic.
On Twitter, Alex said: "Congesting a massively used roundabout making it a nightmare for wagons delivering essentials just so you can have a burger. What an absolute p***take".
Another social media user said: "Blimey how desperate are they."
John added: "What a bunch of Whoppers."
