M6, M53, M56 and M57 closures to expect this week

The M6, M53, M56 and M57 will have partial closures this week, with motorists being warned to expect delays.

The motorways will be partially closed for essential roadworks and National Highways has warned drivers to be aware. This week (March 28 to April 3) will see the M6 closed every night.

The major M6 roadworks will be in place between junctions 20 (Lymm) and 25 (Bryn Interchange), which spans for just over 15 miles. The carriageway will be closed for 'essential roadworks'.
