Holiday traffic is causing huge delays on the M5 near Bristol this afternoon.
Motorists are facing 90 minute travel times from junction 25 at Taunton to the junction 15 for the M4 near Bristol.
The stop-start traffic is being blamed on 'holiday traffic' as people start to make a move for weekends away.

Elsewhere, there are delays around petrol forecourts as people fill up amid fears of petrol shortages.
The latest from Inrix reads: "Long delays and stop-start traffic due to holiday traffic on M5 in both directions from J15 M4 J20 ( Almondsbury Interchange) to J25 A358 (Taunton). Travel time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
"Slow in patches."
Earlier, a medical emergency saw the closure of the exit slip road at junction 23 for Bridgwater North. This incident has since been resolved.
Highways England cameras show congestion along the motorway network surrounding Bristol.
