Roadworks are being carried out across Wales with major work causing delays on the M4 and A465.
There are delays between junction 32 Coryton and junction 33 Cardiff West as a 13-week period of essential work is carried out.
The work on bridges have led to the closure of two lanes in both directions and are adding more than half an hour to journeys.
There is also the ongoing work on the A465 that is expected to last until at least next year.
But they are not the only works being carried out. Here are the planned closures and roadworks affecting major roads:
M4 - Newport - both directions
M4 in both directions entry slip road closed, one lane closed due to roadworks during the night at junction 26 Malpas Road.
Lane one (of three) is closed between 9pm and 6am Mondays to Sundays, and from 9pm on October 18, to 6am on November 6.
A465 - Aberdulais - southbound - Neath Port Talbot
Closed due to roadworks during the night at A4230 Main Road, Aberdulais roundabout from 6pm on Friday, October 15 to 6pm on Saturday, October 16.
Diversion - via the exit and entry slip roads.
A465 - Heads of the Valleys Road - Blaenau Gwent - both directions
Closed due to roadworks during the night between A4281 Rassau roundabout, Blaenau Gwent, and A4077 Main Road, Gilwern junction, Gilwern.
Between 7pm and 6am Mondays to Sundays from 7pm on the October 13 to to 6am on October 15.
A494 - Mold - both directions - Flintshire
Closed in both directions due to roadworks during the night from Broomfield Roundabout to A541 Wylfa roundabout.
From 7pm on October 12 to 6pm on October 13.
A4042 - Cwmbran - northbound - Torfaen
Closed due to roadworks during the night between Tre-Herbert Road at Crematorium Roundabout, Cwmbran, and and A4051, Rechem Roundabout, Sebastopol.
Between 7pm and 6pm Mondays to Sundays from 7pm on the October 14 to 6am on October 16.
A4120 - Llandbadarn Fawr - both directions - Ceredigion
Closed in both directions due to roadworks from A44 to Parc Y Llyn Retail Park, Rheidol Retail Park roundabout.
Level crossing maintenance work taking place. From 12.15am until 4.50am on October 13.
A4811 Pool Road - Newtown - both directions - Powys
Closed due to emergency repairs and unsafe building from Newtown Church to Queens Head pub.
Following partial collapse of Bethel Chapel. Affecting traffic travelling through Newtown. Until midnight on October 25.
Roadworks
M4 - Cardiff - both directions
Two lanes closed due to roadworks on M4 in both directions from J32 A470 ( Coryton Interchange) to J33 A4232 (Cardiff West And Services). Expect delays until October 14.
A40 - Sennybridge - Powys
Roadworks and temporary traffic lights on A40 at Crai Turnoff.
Until March 31, 2022.
A40 - Groesfford - westbound - Powys
Lane closed due to roadworks on A40 westbound from A470 Brynich Roundabout, Groesfford, to A470, Tarrell Roundabout, Brecon.
In place until October 31.
A40 - Llanddewi Velfrey - Pembrokeshire
Temporary traffic lights due to telecoms work on A40 from Llanfallteg turn off to Pencawse Hill turn off.
In place until October 13.
A44 - Goginan - Ceredigion
Temporary traffic lights due to roadworks on A44 at Goginan.
In place until March 31, 2022.
A458 - Melin-y-Ddol - Powys
Stop/go boards on A458 between B4385 Melin-y-ddol and Four Crosses.
In place until October 22.
A465 - Gilwen- Monmoutshire
Major works to the Heads Of The Valley section two and restrictions on A465 from A4077 Main Road, Gilwern junction, to A4047 King Street to Brynmawr roundabout.
Completion of this project is now estimated to be late 2021, works involve converting 8km of the A465 between Gilwern and the Brynmawr roundabout to two lanes in each direction. Construction began in December 2014.
A465 - Cefn Coed - Merthyr Tydfil
Major works to the Heads Of The Valley section five and six and restrictions on A465 between A470 Cefn Coed Roundabout, Cefn Coed and A4059 Hirwaun roundabout.
The new road will be a 70mph dual carriageway with six junctions. Construction began in 2021.
A468 Caerphilly Road - Bassaleg - Newport
Stop/go boards on A468 Caerphilly Road near Laurel Drive.
Expected until October 15.
A470 - Libanus - Powys
Roadworks and convoy system on A470 at A4215 Defynnog turn off.
Expected to last until November 5.
A470 - Newbridge on Wye - Powys
Stop/go boards on A470 between B4358 Newbridge-On-Wye and A4081 Doldowlod.
Expected to last until October 22.
A470 - Bridge Street - Caersws - Powys
Temporary traffic lights and long-term roadworks on A470 Bridge Street near The Unicorn Bar.
Expected to last until November 30.
A473 Penybont Road - Pencoed - both directions - Bridgend
Resurfacing work on A473 Penybont Road in both directions from Penybont Road, Bridgend College roundabout to Ty Merchant.
Expect delays u ntil October 18.
A473 Waterton Road - Bridgend - Eastbound
Lane closed due to roadworks on A473 Waterton Road Eastbound between police headquarters and A48 Crack Hill, Waterton Roundabout.
Expect delays until December 31.
A474 Penywern Road - Neath - Neath Port Talbot
Temporary traffic lights due to gas main work on A474 Penywern Road at A4230 Cadoxton Road.
Expect delays until November 10.
A48 - Pyle Road - Pyle - Bridgend
Temporary traffic lights due to roadworks on A48 Pyle Road near the garden centre.
Delays expected until October 16.
A483 - Garth - Powys
Stop/go boards and roadworks on A483 near Upper Chapel turn off.
Between 2.14pm and 3.30pm Mondays to Fridays until 3.30pm on October 15.
