M2 'long delays' due to broken down lorry

There are 'long delays' on the M2 on Thursday morning due to a broken down lorry.

Police say there is a tailback on the motorway southbound near the Duncrue off-slip on October 7.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Motorists are advised of tailbacks on the M2 southbound.

"There is a broken-down lorry on lane 2 of the M2, near the Duncrue off-slip. Please avoid the area if at all possible."

Trafficwatch NI added: "Broken down lorry blocking lane 2 of the #M2 South Bound between Junction 1 Fortwilliam and Junction 1B Duncrue Street. Long delays in the area."
