M&S shoppers hail 'flattering' and 'effortless' linen midi dress

A 'beautiful' linen pink midi dress is proving a hit with M&S shoppers.

It's the Linen Rich V-Neck Tunic priced at £39.50, reports Daily Record, which has been labelled as 'great for summer holidays'.

The number is being praised for being "flattering" and can be dressed up or worn at the beach.

Its description on the M&S website reads: "Effortless style is a breeze with this linen-rich tunic. It comes in an easy regular fit, with a v-neckline and wide, three-quarter sleeves.

"The midi-length hem is gently curved for a flattering silhouette.

"With our easy-iron finish, this top just needs a quick press and you're good to go."

The dress is available in short, regular and long fit in sizes ranging from 6 to 24, but some have sold out.

One happy shopper said: "Lovely colour and nice weight of fabric; will be great for summer holidays."

Another added: "This tunic is beautiful. It is a very flattering shape, looks very smart or can be worn as a casual dress. It is comfortable and should keep me cool during the summer. I [definitely] recommend it."

A third shopper hailed the dress' versatility and said: "I loved this dress on sight, very useful item of apparel. You can wear it to the beach and dress it up for a summer lunch, add a little jacket and necklace for dinner."

Another shopper agreed, saying: "This is a lovely dress. Hangs well and was true to size. You can dress it up, or use it as a day dress."

A further review said: "Love the colour and style[,] the loose fit is flattering too."

If pink is not the colour for you, the dress is also available in printed fabric, in both a blue/white and a khaki/white print, reports Daily Record.
