M&S shopper spots £10 perfume 'dupes' for Marc Jacobs, Paco Rabanne and Viktor & Rolf

Marks and Spencer shoppers have been heaping praise on a range of budget perfumes that are "identical" to designer bottles worth up to £100.

The retailer has long been a faithful choice for shoppers looking to snap up great quality clothing, accessories and homeware. Now, it looks like it is a treasure trove for fragrance 'dupes' without the big price tag.

TikTok user @budgetingmum recently took to the video sharing platform after she spotted a range of fragrances from the M&S Discover Collection that were similar to major brands, such as Paco Rabanne, Marc Jacobs, Viktor & Rolf and more.

In the quick 14-second clip, the money-saving influencer shared five 100ml perfumes from the fragrance collection with a description of their 'dupe'. Priced between £10 and £12.50, the M&S fragrances could see shoppers save up to £115.

She captioned the clip: "Want a quick money saving hack? This is a quick way to save yourself loads of money! If you’re into expensive perfume but not into the price tags, these perfumes could be for you. M&S have got some insane dupes, they literally smell the exact same and they’re only £9.50 a bottle. Tag a friend that needs to see this and to save them a fortune!"

The first 'dupe' was the Warm Neroli Eau de Toilette 100ml, which is said to smell like Lady Million by Paco Rabanne that retails at £98 for an 80ml bottle on the Boots website.

Up next is the sweet and flowery £12.50 Gardenia and Vanilla fragrance. Said to be a 'dupe' for Marc Jacobs Daisy that retails at £92 for a 100ml bottle from Boots, shoppers could save themselves £79.50 with the M&S version.

The third 'dupe' is the Pink Pepper fragrance, priced at £10, which is said to be identical to Viktor & Rolf's bestselling Flowerbomb that retails at £125 from Boots - making it a whopping £115 saving.

M&S' Fresh Mandarin fragrance, also £10, was declared a 'dupe' for the Carolina Hererra Good Girl which would set you back £115 for an 80ml bottle from the brand's website.

Lastly, the £10 Spiced Amber fragrance is said to smell like Paco Rabanne's One Million. The men's Eau de Toilette costs £80 for a 100ml bottle from Boots, which is £71 more expensive than the M&S 'dupe'.

And, judging by the comments section of the video, it looks like fragrance fans can't get enough of the M&S 'dupes' they have hailed as "great value."

One shopper wrote: "These are fab I have a few, and yes they last all day!!"

While a second added: "I've been using these for a couple of years now. they're such good value."

And a third said: "Need to go M&S."

You can shop the full range of M&S Discover fragrances on the retailer's website. The only 'dupe' in the range that is currently out of stock is the Discover Warm Neroli fragrance.
