M&S is donating all profits from its newest range to the NHS

We all know that the NHS is proving an absolute credit to the UK at the moment.

As a result, many of us are looking for new ways to thank our NHS heroes for all of the amazing work they're doing to save lives during the covid-19 pandemic.

From Clap For Carers to running challenges, we've all been doing our bit to support the NHS, and now M&S has joined in, by launching a brand new collection of 'All In This Together' t-shirts.

The tops, which all feature a rainbow design, start at £8 for children's sizes, and range up to £9.50 for adults, with all profits going to NHS charities.

There are lots of NHS tops to choose from on the M&S website (MEN)

In an email sent out to customers, M&S said: "Two weeks ago we announced the donation of thousands of bespoke t-shirts for the NHS Nightingale London team to wear as part of their uniform. Following this customers and colleagues asked for a charity tee to buy and show their support and solidarity.

"In response, M&S is selling a range of ‘All in this Together’ T-shirts. All of the £3.55 profit plus VAT from the sale of each product will be paid to NHS Charities Together (registered charity 1186569) - supporting NHS staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients."

Jill Stanton Director of Womenswear & Kidwear at M&S told Manchester Evening News : " Taking part in the Thursday’s ‘thank you’ clap has become a moving weekly milestone for millions of us around the country. In this uncertain time, it’s a moment where we come together, even though we may be apart. Our customers and colleagues have been telling us how much it means to them – so we wanted to capture this moment and celebrate it within the design of the T-shirt.

"I’m so grateful to everyone who has pulled together to turn the many requests we’ve had into a reality -  from our remote working design team, to our amazing printers, to our warehouse colleagues who’ll be sending it out to customers – all to help us fundraise for our incredible NHS heroes."

Ellie Orton, CEO, NHS Charities Together, said: It’s fantastic that people want to show their support, and I want to say a big thank you to M&S and all their customers for supporting our appeal. The profits raised from these t-shirts will be used by NHS charities to provide vital support to staff, volunteers and patients.”

The full range of T-shirts can be ordered from the M&S website.
