Celtic and Rangers are "leading the chase" to sign Lyndon Dykes - according to a report.
But the Lions won't accept less than £2million for the in-demand striker.
The Mail on Sunday reports Dykes has also attracted the attention of several English Championship clubs.
Middlesbrough, Blackburn, Stoke City, Millwall, Wigan and Barnsley are said to be among them.
League One Sunderland are also in the mix to sign the 24-year-old, who has been at the centre of an international tug-of-war between Australia and Scotland.
Dykes rose to prominence at Livi last season after a move from Queen of the South, where he was best known as wing-man to the prolific Stephen Dobbie.
He garnered further attention with a dominant display in a surprise win over Celtic early last season, scoring the clincher in a 2-0 win.
Two months later, he became the first Livingston player to score a hat-trick in the top-flight in a 4-0 victory against Ross County.
The Queensland-born frontman scored nine times in 25 Premiership appearances for Gary Holt's side before the season was curtailed.
