Lydia Bright is just a few weeks away from having her first child and she's been reflecting on how her pregnancy has changed her life for the better.
The former TOWIE star, 29, took to Instagram to post a picture of her growing bump and showed off her stunning pregnancy glow.
In the snap, Lydia donned a pretty floral swimsuit and a huge grin as she wrapped her hands around her belly.
She had no makeup on and her hair was worn in a messy bun as she posed for the camera in what appeared to be a hotel room.
Lydia captioned the snap: "7 weeks to go...... I have never felt so relaxed and at ease in my whole life.
"Pregnancy has really changed me as a person and taught me so many lessons.
"We are only 5 days in, but 2020 you are my happiest year EVER."
The picture was quickly flooded with compliments from Lydia's Instagram followers.
One commented: "Ahh bless. Pregnancy suits you mummy to be @lydiabright."
"GLOWING MAMA, super duper exciting lady," another posted.
A third agreed: "You look so beautiful just glowing."
Lydia is expecting her first baby with her ex Lee Cronin who she sadly split from shortly after she discovered she was pregnant
She previously explained that while she's no longer in a romantic relationship with Lee, he is still a big part of the pregnancy and they remain on good terms.
"Lee has been at every scan," she revealed.
