The single mum-of-one shared the very moment after giving birth to Loretta with a very beautiful and intimate snap to mark her daughter's one-month birthday.
Lydia gushed: "One month ago today, you changed my life forever. You have showed me the true meaning of love and life Loretta Rose."
Earlier this year, the television starlet had vowed to have Debbie at her side when she went into labour.
The reality star joked her ex Lee "useless" as a birthing partner after a three-hour antenatal class.
Lydia confirmed the happy news on Instagram in February by sharing a picture holding her newborn's tiny hand.
Alongside it she wrote: "My darling girl has arrived. I am so overwhelmed with love, she is absolutely perfect."
She was expecting at the same time as her pal Lucy Mecklenburgh who also gave birth in recent weeks after being well over her due date.
They found out early on that their due dates were just five days apart.
The glamorous BFFs escaped for many mini-breaks, including to Wales for a glamorous spa weekend at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport to celebrate Lydia's big 3-0.
Later, Lydia joined Lucy to celebrate her bestie's baby shower in London where Lucy's fiance Ryan Thomas and Debbie partied with other pals.
