Lydia Bright 'is now a millionaire' after 'investing TOWIE cash into property empire'

TOWIE's Lydia Bright is raking in the cash after making a number of wise investments, reports say.

It's said that mum-of-one Lydia, 30, sagely opted to invest what money she had into Essex property during her TOWIE years.

Lydia called it quits on the show back in 2017, after seven years in the limelight.

Part of the original cast, she'd rocketed to fame when in a relationship with former flame James "Arg" Argent.

And during those seven years, she was plugging money into property as she looked to the future, The Sun reports.

She's been sharing updates on her Lydia Bright Home Instagram page, as work proceeds on the home where she's raising baby daughter Loretta.

Her property records, say the publication, reveal the star boasts a number of properties dotted about Essex which she rents out.

In 2013, she set up Lydia Bright Properties, Lydia Bright Promotions in 2017 and Lydia Rose Properties in 2018.

And accounts for the three firms reveal £789,614 in property assets and on going profits at £247,362.

Lydia Bright Properties, the largest of the three, had properties held at £428,074 as of May this year.

Meanwhile, Promotions held at £49,129 as of December last year, and is said to have paid her a £30K salary.

Mirror Online has reached out to Lydia's reps for comment.

Lydia welcomed baby Loretta at the end of February, just weeks before best pal and TOWIE co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh gave birth to her son Roman.

And while the proud mums finally got to introduce their tots to one another, lockdown wasn't exactly smooth sailing for Lydia.

Back in June, she was tested for Covid-19 after falling "horrifically ill."

She tested negative, but took to Instagram to fill fans in on her mystery illness.

"I been so ill all day, I was absolutely petrified that I had corona. But, I had the test and it's come back negative," she said.

"But I feel horrific, I don't know what this is. Could it be a chest infection? Could it be flu? Could it be hay fever? Oh gosh, I don't know," Lydia concluded.
