New award-winning houses are on the market in Liverpool - close to where Everton’s new stadium will be.
The Scandinavian designed, City Residence Townhouses recently won the best small new home development in the North West.
They can be found on Sandhills Lane, Liverpool, just a short walk from Sandhills station or the up-and-coming docklands including Stanley Dock and Bramley-Moore.
Everton's planning application for the new stadium at Bramley-Moore dock was approved last week, on February 23, 2021.
After a unanimous decision by Liverpool City Council planning committee, the Blues hope to begin work in the spring or summer of 2021, with a 150-week build plan being mapped out.
Prices of homes on the row of properties start at £159,950, though four-bedroom houses are for sale for £200,000.
RWinvest say that the houses are ‘perfectly tailored to the young professional seeking city life without an expensive price tag.’
The properties are on offer with a 10% deposit for those buying with the intention to live in the house, however a deposit of 35% is required for those buying for investment purposes.
RWinvest, the agency who listed the homes on Rightmove, say that the townhouses are also ideal for those looking to invest in real estate in Liverpool.
City Residence Townhouses are described by RWinvest as a new development as being ‘in the heart of Liverpool’s biggest regeneration Zone’.
The RWinvest listing reads: "The luxury Townhouse development is less than a 4-minute drive from the city's main business district and offers tenants free parking and security along with spacious gardens.
"It is easily one of the most lucrative investments that any investor should add to their buy to let portfolio.
"These townhouse developments are one of a kind and selling out fast among investors as they pose an opportunity not to be missed."
