A "luxury" tailoring brand has opened its new flagship store on one of Manchester's most iconic shopping streets.
Dooley and Rostron is the latest venture from Adam Dooley, owner of city tailor Frank Rostron Bespoke Shirtmakers (FRBS), and has opened its new store and factory on King Street after a £250,000 refurbishment.
FRBS had been based on Princess Street for over 50 years - and had a client list that included mayor Andy Burnham and ex-Manchester United star Mikael Silvestre.
This year has seen the firm rebrand as Dooley & Rostron, with its logo designed by renowned Manchester graphic designer Peter Saville CBE, who was responsible for Burberry’s latest rebrand and artwork for the likes of Joy Division.
Following the extensive refurbishment, the new store offers a personal service, and gives customers the chance to see tailors creating orders first-hand in the 'open factory' space.
Adam Dooley, founder of Dooley & Rostron, said: “Watching this rebrand come to life has been incredible. Everyone in some capacity is ready for a fresh start and we’re no different.
"I’m beyond thrilled to welcome people through the doors and have the ability to witness our craftsmanship first hand.”
The store also includes a new Factory Coffee bar.
Alongside the store opening, the brand has also worked with The Landing Page Guys to launch a new website.
