Luxury manors just 20 minutes from Glasgow’s city centre set to be completed by 2023

Exceptional properties in one of Lenzie’s most prestigious addresses are set to be completed by 2023, offering luxury living just 20 minutes from Glasgow’s city centre.

The Manors at Seven Sisters will comprise three luxurious properties in a unique setting, with an ‘exceptional standard’ of finish throughout. CODA Estates, the group behind the homes, say the properties will ‘redefine luxury’.

In an idyllic location, the properties offer flexible living with a modern contemporary design.

The five bedroom homes will also boast four bathrooms, spanning over 4,500 square foot in total.

Positioned in one of Lenzie’s premier addresses, the development is minutes from the train station and local amenities. The village boasts a variety of essentials including restaurants and cafes as well as doctors offices and pharmacies.

Lenzie also has various leisure facilities including tennis, golf and rugby clubs and the main Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre just minutes away.

Getting into the city centre is easily done from the properties, with a regular train service taking you to Glasgow in nine minutes - or over to Edinburgh in 40 minutes. The M80, connecting to the M8, is a short drive away.

Established in 2008, CODA Estates cemented its position as one of the fastest growing and well reputed estate agencies within Glasgow's central belt. With an array of luxury homes in their portfolio, the new properties at Seven Sisters are set to impress.
