According to the company around 39 per cent of clients use their building as an office, 27 per cent use it for multi-purpose (eg gym/office/storage), 13 per cent use it as an indoor space to enjoy the garden, 10 per cent use it as a studio, seven per cent use it as a gym, 3 per cent use it as a guest room and 2 per cent use it as a workshop.
