English Championship side Luton Town are 'looking to make a summer swoop' for Motherwell star Allan Campbell.
The 22-year-old is an integral part of Graham Alexander's squad at Fir Park, but he is out of contract at the end of the season and it is expected the Motherwell academy graduate will call time on his five year association with the club.
That has alerted a host of clubs this season, including Luton's fellow Championship side Millwall, Aberdeen and Hibs, who the Steelmen face this weekend in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.
And Daily Record report that Luton have sent representatives north of the border to catch Campbell in action in recent weeks, as gaffer Nathan Jones plots a move to bring him south for next season.
Campbell has made 36 appearances for the Steelmen this season, netting five times, and most recently scored in a Scottish Cup third round win away to Formartine United earlier this month.
The Scotland under-21 international isn't the only one potentially on the way out, with manager Alexander telling Lanarkshire Live Sport last week that they could be priced out of keeping skipper Declan Gallagher at the club beyond the summer.
Motherwell have managed to secure the services of Scotland international Stephen O'Donnell on a new two-year deal and the club will hope that may encourage others to commit their futures to playing in claret and amber.
