Handmade cosmetics firm Lush has launched children's birthday parties in Manchester.
Following big success with the concept in Liverpool, the firm has rolled them out to other stores, including those in the Arndale and Trafford Centre.
Its bath bomb products are hugely popular with children of all ages and a special 'Calm A Llama Party Pinata bath bomb' has been invented exclusively for the parties.
Product workshops and games can be included in the experience, which can be customised for each child, or grown ups too.
At £25 a head, they're not cheap, but each party includes a product making kit for the birthday girl or boy and guests get to create their very own fresh, handmade product.
Other pick ‘n’ mix activities can be selected during a Lush Party consultation.
As well as the llama pinata bath bomb, Lush has created other new products including a vanilla fragranced Cilla The Caterpillar bath bomb and Party Balloon reusable bubble bars.
Each guest receives one of these ready made products to take home with them, while the guest of honour gets three exclusive products of their choice, bundled up in an organic cotton Squiggles Knot Wrap, which can be re-used in dozens of different ways - as a scarf, a hair tie or as packaging for another gift.
Parties last for an hour-and-a-half and are available to be booked any day of the week. Contact your local store for availability.
