Luma

Everything that goes flash in the night, from fireflies to fireworks, has caught the attention of Luma, an American touring company of jugglers, who use glow-in-the-dark special effects on their black clothing to bring to life a range of characters and scenarios. Green worms dance in the air; fluorescent constellations shatter and re-form; glittery fairground hoops spin; geometric shapes mesh and unmesh in complex, balletic movements, and a luminous stick-man jumps in on the act for a laugh every so often.

The soundtrack to the show is wide-ranging but rather haphazard, encompassing fairground music, ballet tunes and the sound of rain, and the links between scenes - which take the audience from the bottom of the sea up into the sky and on a trip through a builder's yard - could be tighter.

The juggling is accomplished, with very few misses, but the show is simply too long at an hour and a quarter. The children in the audience are rapt for the first 20 minutes, after which they start to get a little restless. Otherwise, this is an enjoyable family show.

· Until August 25. Box office: 0131-662 8740.
