Luke Keeler in line for world title fight with Demetrius Andrade

Luke Keeler could be in line for a world title fight with WBO middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade in January.

The Dublin boxer was last seen in action when beating Luis Arias in August and could face Andrade, who is set for a voluntary defence of his title, in Miami next month.

Keeler is ranked fourth by the WBO, while Andrade has won all 28 of his bouts to date.

The fight is expected to be announced later this month.

Meanwhile, Kildare native Dennis Hogan is aiming to become a world champion this weekend when he faces Jermall Charlo for the WBC middleweight belt in Brooklyn.

It's a busy few weeks for Irish boxing with Michael Conlan in action on December 14, while Spike O'Sullivan faces Jaime Munguia on January 11.

Munguia controversially defeated Hogan back in April, with Hogan describing the result as "bad for boxing".
