Luisa Zissman has recalled the painful experience of having a boob reduction three years ago - telling her followers on social media that it was "worse" than childbirth.
The 34-year-old underwent a procedure to reduce the size of her breasts in 2018, with the Apprentice finalist having previously had her chest enlarged with implants.
The entrepreneur said at the time that she had the implants removed as she was "sick of having massive boobs" - and she's now admitted that the reduction wasn't easy.
The mum-of-three mentioned the surgery in a post on Instagram yesterday, which featured a selfie that showed her posing in a Gucci swimsuit, sunglasses and a sun visor.
She captioned the social media post: "Spent £15K on a boob reduction, the pain was HELL and look at the size of them! #melons4life. Happy inbetween Christmas and New Year."
The post led some followers to express jealousy, whilst others were curious to find out more about the procedure.
The Celebrity Big Brother finalist responded to some of the comments, even joking that she is "still not over" the breast reduction - which happened three years ago.
Asked about the severity of the pain, Luisa suggested that it was "worse" than her experience with childbirth. She wrote: "[It was] bad! I've had 3 kids naturally. 100 times worse."
She told another follower that she ended up in hospital after the procedure and later added that she feels that her breasts have "grown back" to a larger size than planned.
The post attracted comments from other reality TV stars, including Casey Batchelor. She wrote: "Looking bloody fabulous." Whilst Anna Williamson responded to the photo: "And I get to see those puppies frequently."
Luisa previously spoke about her reasons for having the procedure in a video which was posted on social media in 2018.
She explained: "I just didn't want them that big anymore so I had [the larger implants] out. Then I had a lift and I have got like a really small implant in."

The reality TV star is best known for having been a finalist on the Apprentice in 2013. She was runner-up to Leah Totton, who was the winning candidate on the ninth series.
The BBC competition will return next week for its sixteenth series, with Lord Sugar looking for another business to invest in. He'll be aided by Baroness Karren Brady and former winner Tim Campbell MBE in the new series.
