Lucy Spraggan showed off her incredibly toned abs as she posed up for a stunning topless picture to celebrate her sobriety.
The X Factor star, 28, woke up in a great mood today as she marked eight months of sobriety.
The singer posed up for a topless snap as she shared the news with her fans.
Lucy wore nothing but an orange towel around her waist and another on her head, covering her boobs with one arm as she snapped a picture in her bedroom mirror.
The star put her buff body and toned abs on display as she smiled for the camera.
And she spoke about how she's turned her lifestyle around after ditching alcohol last year.
Lucy captioned the picture: "Woke up this morning 8 months sober as f**k. My favourite reward for this part of my life is the absolute pleasure of finding fitness and pushing my body to do things I never imagined I could do. (Well, things drinking me could never do).
"Today I ran 12.2km and on my way back up my road I decided to start training for a marathon for when the world is back in action again. Because WHY THE F**K NOT!?"
Lucy went on to say that being under lockdown amid the global coronavirus pandemic has made her realise all the things she wants to do when the world returns to a more normal state.
She added: "Not having the choice to do whatever we want has made me reconsider everything... When I can I’m literally gonna climb mountains, I’m gonna do the things that scare the s**t out of me, I’m going to party way into the night on the beach with my friends...
"I’m gonna do it all so hard, I’m gonna do it whenever I can and, most importantly, I’m gonna do it all so sober.
"I just got out of the shower (Budweiser prohibition was my shower beer of choice), I’d love to say I don’t wear my towel like this all the time but I really do. T**s everywhere.
"Have a great evening"
Her fans were blown away.
