Lucy Mecklenburgh shares adorable video of her unborn baby for boyfriend Ryan Thomas

Lucy Mecklenburgh has been taking her fans on every step of the way throughout her pregnancy, but her latest update is particularly adorable.

The former TOWIE star, 28, shared a black and white video of her unborn baby kicking in a sweet message to her boyfriend and babydaddy Ryan Thomas .

In the clip her growing belly visibly moved as she lay in bed tucked up underneath the covers.

She said the kicking was proof that her little son was missing his dad, just like she is.

The mum-to-be, who is currently in Capetown, South Africa, for her sister’s wedding, captioned the video: "We miss you more... @RyanThomas84."

This is Lucy's first baby but Ryan's second as he also shares 11-year-old Scarlett with his ex Tina O'Brien.

Her update comes after they clashed about how many children they'd have.

Lucy had invited her one and a half million Instagram followers to send in questions.

When one asked heavily pregnant Lucy how many kids she and Corrie star Ryan wanted to have, they hit a bit of a snag.

A giggling Lucy filmed Ryan wandering about the kitchen when she sprang the question on him.

She said: "Someone's asked, 'How many children do you think you'll have?'"

"Well we got one," he said matter-of-factly, "One on the way. And then we're done."

"Nooooo!" cried Lucy, "You don't mean that!"

The pair got engaged in June this year, during a romantic getaway to Italy, and two months later Lucy announced she was expecting their first child together.

They had fans scratching their heads recently after hinting that they wouldn't be living together when the baby arrived.

"We will always have 2 homes," Lucy penned, "And both love Essex & Cheshire. I don't see it as a problem I actually think we are extremely lucky to have 2 homes."
